Flexible rates all year long

Our rates for tourist groups depend on the time of year, number of days, number of people and services contracted. Minimum stay of two nights.

In the attached file you can also check our breakfast and lunch rates.

To formalize the booking, please contact us and we will provide you with an account number in order to make a bank transfer as a deposit. The quantity is the equivalent to one third of the contracted accommodation. The reservation will be confirmed after receiving the deposit receipt via e-mail.

The house is available from 12:00pm on the arrival day and the last day, departure has to be at 12:00 pm.
Late check-out possibility if there are not prior reservations on that day.

If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. This is our cancellation policy:

• 100% reimbursement of the advance paid: cancellation with more than 60 days before arrival
• 50% reimbursement of the advance paid: cancellation between 60 and 30 days before arrival
• 25% reimbursement of the advance paid: cancellation between 29 and 15 days before arrival
• No refund: cancellation within 14 days or less before arrival.
